very disappointed!!!
I am extremely disappointed in this dvd! The exercises are effective, however, the music is AWFUL and Bob, Jillian and Kim do not keep time to the music.

I work out pretty regularly but still don’t consider myself advanced. These workouts are good, but not great. I feel good afterwards, but I’m not hurting.
