This book woos with unique suggestions geared toward four diferent types; one cannot help but feel they’re being talked directly to.

Highly Motivating.
The purpose of any good wellness and weight loss book should be to motivate. The Body Code more than motivates it gives the reader a new twist to diet and exercise.
