Help answer the question about get six pack abs
How much weight should a young man, of about 17, have to weight in order to get a six pack abs?
I am trying to get a six pack abs but my question is the one above..
Currently I weight 150 pounds, I am 1.66 height and I am between 16 and 17 years old, so what do you think should be right for me?

this workout is amazing! i did it twice today and i cant even feel my abs! i cant wait for th results which i already see thanks a lot man!
Your problem is not your workouts – it's your body fat.
I'm sure you have well-developed abdominal muscles, but there's still too much fat covering them.
A completely ripped 6-pack usually takes a body fat % of around 6-7% or lower.
My advice is to try some HIIT (high intensity interval training) or look to your diet to lower your body fat. Once you start to get below 7%, you should start to see the 6-pack emerge.

but u must maintain a more healthier diet like eat more protein for muscle grow and carbohydrates to replenish ur enery..

Working on my body
You have beautiful abs. And 500 is way too many crunches Plus doing them everyday is not that good. Do them 3x a week maybe 4x.
But I'd say you're perfect like that, but of course, people say I'm perfect the way I am also, but I gotta get bigger and buffer.. You cannot stop what is our dream right?
I think in 2 month you will have a 4 pack for sure, which is not that great for a girl.

If you are healthy, the answer is no. However, you can sprain, tear, break and rip muscle and bone. Just start off slow. You will learn to gauge when you are lifting too much or too soon.

@punktheman if you strengthen them enough you’ll be able to see your six pack without having as low a body fat, you still do need a low body fat though, just stronger abs can make it so you don’t need it as low

Well Bro, Ill let you on a secret. I Have about the same body type as you. Except that I am constantly burning calories apparently my body can't stop working even in my sleep. I heard that if you use weight training with good ab workouts you can strengthen your abs and that'll produce a 6 pack within 3-4 weeks. Thats what Im doing so far I can see 4 outs the 6 and its been about a week. So yea you could try that…just keep eating and taking in protien normaly…
