Help answer the question about get six pack abs

How can I get rid of my belly fat and get six-pack abs?
I'm a 17 year old male who is 5'5" and weighs 120lbs. I'm the athletic type who always injures himself. I want to get six-pack abs. I want them to be both visible and strong. Can you please give me an exercise and diet routine that I can follow during the week? Please don't give vague foods such as "lean meats." Could you be more specific in the foods and the exercises? Thanks.

eat less carbs do a lot of cardio to loose the excess weight then start doing sit ups and push ups and slowly start introducing yourself to weights good luck!!!

im a girl with a six pack :)
i didnt want one but it just appeared, i done a lot of sport.
- Pull ups
- High Jumping
- Chin Ups
- Squats
All sorts of things, that helps work the stomach muscles.
I also tried going up and down a pole in a park, and timed it. This also worked my stomach muscles. Then Voilaa… I Had A 6 Pack From Doing All This Sport ! :)

Focus on your nutrition as it is 70% of your success. Your six pack will come back:) Stay positive and keep pushing!!!

@micadew No stupid, dont train your abs every day. Maximum is 3 times a week, which is, as said, maximum. To achieve best results do your abs twice a week.

As for other muscle groups, only once a week.

Even with going to gym twice daily I cannot allow myself to do abs three times a week, because it simply takes too much time.

Unless you are gone with the wind skinny, you will have to train the rest of your body and do cardio in order to make abs visible, which takes even more time…

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

To put it simple, to get abs you need to strengthen them and lose bodyfat%. That means you have to do weighted ab exercises 2-3x a week. You can look up the p90x ab workout what ever its called and download it, it works really well for people. Then you need to lose some bodyfat%, ALL experienced lifters follow by this term "abs are made in the kitchen". Its all your diet son, you have to eat clean foods with lots of protein. Cut out all soda and junk food. Just eat your lean chicken and meats and eat lots of rice fruits, veggies, oatmeal. Thats all there is to getting a 6 pack. And your auntie sounds like a major dick making fun of a kid for not having a six pack. Her sons prob a twig. I would personally get a gym membership and start bulking up son.
