by the way that was not intended to sound rude, geniune question. also this is hoenstly one of the best lower ab videos ever made! i always thought i was doign it right moving my hip flexer and my lower abs never seemed to grow. hopefully this is what the difference is. BEST VIDEO I HAVE EVER SEEN ON ABS-SERIOUSLY! lower abs are tough to train.
yeah but they’re obviously harder for a reason. if they are harder then it means something has to ‘work’ harder. therefore they must be working osmething? rob why is it that theyre harder?
EXCELLENT demonstration of the best way and less good way to do these. Maybe these could be called reverse crunches where you keep your upper torso fixed and crunch the abs to bring legs up. But these are great exercises.
