<h3>Help answer the question about get six pack abs</h3>
<p>Am I doing the right things to get six pack abs?<br />Hello fellow Yahoo-Answerers!  </p>
<p>Here is some random information.  I am 17, male, 150 lbs.  I am not sure of my exact fat percentage although I am sure it is &lt;18.  15-18 I would say.  Currently my goal is to get six pack abs.  </p>
<p>Every day I have been eating 1300-1600 calories total.  Drinking the recommended 8 cups of water or more.  Been eating small meals all day.  I workout almost every day hitting every muscle group a couple times a week.  Every other day I am doing a couple hundred crunches, and some leg raises, and some bicycle crunches.  </p>
<p>I plan to add in SOME cardio.  Although I am sure my pushups, bench pressing / lifting burns a fair amount of calories.</p>
<p>Is my current plan going to eventually lead to a six pack?  Any suggestions on what I should add to it?</p>
